This instrument is suitable for detecting the boiling point of partially or completely evaporated petroleum products. Suitable for determining the boiling point range of petroleum products that can partially or completely evaporate when the maximum temperature of the liquid reaches 400 ℃ under reduced pressure.

Instrument characteristics

1. The instrument adopts MCS-51 series microcontroller, 6-inch 256 color LCD display screen, Chinese and English menu display, human-machine dialogue, guided operation, and fully automated measurement process.

2. According to the measurement requirements, set the constant temperature and required pressure reduction for the circulating cooling water and receiving chamber, automatically control the distillation speed and constant steam pressure reduction, cooling circulating water temperature, and receiving chamber temperature.

3. Equipped with an internal clock, no need to input the experiment date, with a lifespan of 95 years.

4. Intelligent heating management system ensures that the distillation rate meets the requirements of the experimental method.

Record the user's own settings:

Users can set the recovery volume to record the corresponding temperature

Users can set the temperature for recording the corresponding recycling volume

Automatically record the recording points specified by the national standard

Five ways to end the experiment:

① End point: End the experiment when the final boiling point is detected

② End of dry point: End the experiment when dry point is detected

③ Temperature End: End the experiment based on the temperature value set by the user and print out the output.

④ Volume End: End the experiment based on the volume value set by the user and print out the output.
